I was reading about the trial and thought Attorney Brian Toder’s argument was worth noticing. I’m refering to the end of the article where Toder points out that RIAA can’t infringe on its own copyrights. What do you all think?

xkcd does it again! Jokes aside, think about the comic for a second. This is another stark example of a broken copyright system. Where will this end? What can we, as individuals do about this?
