Go get it! Try it out. Notice the Geode and Improved Ctrl+Tab interface :) Firefox now also has built-in Ogg video support and ability to drag-n-drop tabs from one window another. Have fun with it (i.e. test it and report bugs). More feature to come in near future. Here’s a link to their What’s New site for Ff3.1
